Job Posting:
Position: Registered Nurse
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional nursing care within an assigned unit using the nursing process.
- Assess, treat, and care for patients, demonstrating understanding of their cognitive, physical, emotional, and chronological maturation process.
- Coordinate care planning with other disciplines.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Minimum of two years of experience (new graduates from local schools are also considered).
Sign-On Bonuses (paid on first check):
- $7,500: Med/Surge & Stepdown
- $10,000: Specialty Areas
Relocation Assistance:
- Up to $5,000 available.
Contract Details:
- Two-year agreement.
- Must agree to work one additional shift per payroll as deemed necessary by CRMC.
- Must remain in the hired unit throughout the duration of the contract (transfer portion under review).
